The rugged HD Elite Multi Adjustable Bench is load rated, tested, and certified for a user and training weight of 1,255 lbs (568 kg). Three seat adjustment angles (0°, 15°, 30°) and six back adjustment angles (0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°) ensure you get the ideal position you want on every lift. The bench stands at 18” in the flat position.

The bench comes in standard [HDU-ADJ-DNL] width (11.5”/29.1 cm) and XL [HDU-ADJ-DNLXL] width (13.5”/33.6 cm) for athletes who require a wider lifting surface.
