It’s hard to pinpoint the actual type of client UFC Gym attracts because we they offer such a vast variety of different classes and training methods. “We do get a lot of martial artists, whether it be a Muay Thai fighters, Brazilian jujitsu or wrestlers; then we get CrossFitters, and functional trainers,” says Fawaz <surname>, Head Coach & Fitness Manager, UFC Gym Castle Hill (NSW).
“At the same time, we offer Hammer Strength equipment, so we do get bodybuilders coming in and doing powerlifting as well. It’s really a vast variety of members coming in through the doors every day.”
The actual layout of the UFC Gym is pretty unique because whilst they do try and incorporate everything for fitness – from weights and strength conditioning – it’s not a typical gym layout where the weights are there, and the cardio machines are up against the wall; it really is different.
“Hammer Strength fit in really well with the gym and when members come in and see Hammer Strength equipment, they’re happy to see we work with such a top brand. I, myself, have worked with Hammer Strength and different brands in the past, and I’d definitely recommend Hammer Strength any time. When it comes to Hammer Strength wear and tear, it’s pretty solid and doesn’t need much work.”
“Life Fitness themselves, also produce quality products in terms of their treadmills and cardio machines, it’s all top notch.”
