20 years ago, Squashlands was equipped with a comprehensive selection of Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment. The Life Fitness cardio machines, first introduced in the late 90s, have proven their durability and continued reliability. Adding a unique touch, the club’s custom strength equipment, with its bold yellow frames and black upholstery, was chosen for its distinctive colour scheme.
Since 2005, Hammer Strength equipment has been a central feature of the club, earning it the title of an official Hammer Strength Training Center. The facility now boasts an impressive inventory, including over 150 machines, 50 benches, and a full range of dumbbells from 1 to 60 kg.
