Given its name for the ¾” waxed, wooden deck that flexes as you land, the Life Fitness Flex Deck features unique Tec Packs beneath the deck that absorb impact and decrease stress on the joints. This gives the entire deck a comfortable feel while walking or running, and results in improved overall comfort, injury prevention and running efficiency.
