SOLUTION

Owner, Andrew Ward conducted a tender process with all the major fitness equipment providers, to select brands that would fit in with the brand and team. The decision-making process involved members and staff, and ultimately identified that Hammer Strength and Life Fitness were, “hands down, the only option for us”.
