Engineered Rubber overmould with reinforcing mesh provides extreme durability during slams. The interior ballast allows exercisers to slam extremely hard without having it bounce. High friction rubber with raised texture gives incredible grip, even when hands are sweaty. Training with a purpose. Instead of focusing on isolating a muscle, it’s the action--cardio and strength training, simultaneously--that forms the makeup of functional training.
