For larger fitness equipment, including treadmills, cross trainers, strength machines and similar products, these are professionally assembled in our warehouse. Once all your items are ready, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. 

White glove delivery: Life Fitness or our trusted delivery partner will deliver your assembled equipment to your doorstep so it's ready to use from day one.

Order processing times:

• New equipment: Typically dispatched within 3-7 business days of receiving payment.

• Certified Refurbished equipment: Typically dispatched within 3–4 weeks of receiving payment.

• Certified Refurbished treadmills: Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks due to the refurbishment process.

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 7 business days, depending on your location and the delivery provider.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location and product availability.

Smaller items are delivered via Australia Post or a trusted courier partner, depending on the size and destination of your order.

We deliver to all Australian States and Territories, except Western Australia. For deliveries within Western Australia, please contact Gymcare.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect, Locked Bags or Post Offices.
