Life Fitness Adjustable Decline Bench

Designed with a pivot point positioned near the centre of gravity, the adjustment to various angles feels effortlessly light, balanced, and fluid every time. The bench's decline angle is adjusted using a simple lever mechanism. 

Enhance your training variety with several decline adjustments as well as a flat and incline adjustment for added versatility. The bench has five decline angles, ranging from +10 to -30 degrees. This allows you to target your core and lower body muscles from a variety of angles, which can help you to improve your strength and definition.

Easily move this bench using the transport handle, which was intentionally placed to minimise the weight of the bench during transportation. 

Ergonomic, easy to see adjustments have a premium appearance and use a tactile rubber outer layer for optimising grip and feel during adjustments.

Placed in the centre of the thigh pads, the assist handle facilitates easy entry and exit from the bench in any position.
