When a wrist injury sidelined six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates, he turned to Hammer Strength founder Gary Jones for a custom solution. Gary designed a row machine with an underhand grip, overhead pivot, and natural arc of motion to help Dorian train without compromise. Originally created just for Dorian, this innovative design proved so effective it became a staple in the Hammer Strength lineup, delivering the performance athletes demand.
