PCYC Lang Park in Milton, QLD is situated in the heart of Brisbane, in the Suncorp Stadium.
When a redevelopment was decided, they went looking for the best equipment on the market. Another PCYC was using Hammer Strength, which has a reputation for being among the best equipment in the world, and when they narrowed it down, it was definitely the one that came out on top.

Challenge
To accommodate members of all fitness levels and offer athletes who are visiting the area and the gym, a place where they can do all the training they want to do. “We wanted a balance between traditional strength training and the newer styles of training through functional fitness.”
Solution
The equipment was all custom painted to match the PCYC brand. The equipment selected includes pin weights for the beginners and equipment for those who want to just work out safely on their own; right through to lifting platforms.
Result
“There's a real range of equipment because PCYC has a diverse range of people who visit the club, so we need to make sure that we're looking after the community who range from 12-year-olds, right up to 80+ years; there’s a really big range of people who use it, so it's nice to know that we cater for everyone.”
