Marc Rohde is here to wrap up November with one final workout that is fast, easy and works the whole body. Not to mention it’s also a great go-to with the upcoming holiday season and delicious meals that come with it! The exercise is a plank walk combined with an explosive push-up. Start in the plank position and “walk” your elbows to the floor, push back up to the plank position, and add another beneficial movement by doing an explosive push-up to end the rep. Do this exercise 10x, and you’ll feel the effects of a great full body workout in a short amount of time! #LFATotM. Follow Marc on Facebook below!

Our LFA Trainer of the Month, Marc Rohde (Elbsprint), is back to share an enlightening workout to help boost your energy after a long and exhausting day – known as the Add-On-Method. The Add-On-Method is a full-body workout that fluctuates between cardio and strength conditioning exercises. As you go, you continue to “add on” to the workout. Marc has shared an example of his Add-On-Method that you can try for yourself! #LFAToTM 1. Cardio: Start with jumping jacks for 1 minute to boost your heart rate. 2. ADD Strength: Complete 10 inclined push-ups to strengthen your core. 3. ADD Cardio: High knees for 30 seconds to build lower body speed and keep heart rate up.
